General Data Protection Regulation GDPR
As from 25 May 2018, the EU Regulation 2016/679, known as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) - for the protection of individuals regarding the processing and free circulation of personal data - is applied directly in all EU member states.
In light of the new regulation, the Privacy Policy statement issued to suppliers (which can be consulted at https://suppliers.benelli.it/ and www.benelli.it) has been amended, and the ongoing contracts have been updated, including - where necessary - the appointment to External Processor for those suppliers that, in performing their tasks, also manage personal data controlled by the Company.
